Terms of service

1. The service

Rollem lets you create videos, images, scripts and voices with AI. Results are generated by AI models and may differ from what you expect; we do not guarantee a specific outcome.

We may change, extend or discontinue parts of the service. For a material degradation we will inform you in advance.

2. Account

You must be at least 18. Your account is personal; keep your sign-in links to yourself. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.

3. Credits, prices and payment

Renders cost credits. The price in credits is always shown on the button before you start anything. Rollem is a subscription service: your subscription adds credits every month, and as a subscriber you can buy extra credits. Without an active subscription you cannot start renders; your credits remain. Credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for money, except where the law requires it.

If a render fails definitively, the credits are refunded automatically. A successful render you do not like does not entitle you to a refund; the model interprets your prompt.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for purchases and issues the invoice. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Because credits are digital content made available immediately, your right of withdrawal lapses once you start using credits; you confirm this at purchase.

4. Subscriptions

A subscription runs per month and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Settings → Manage subscription; it then ends at the end of the current month. Credits already received remain.

We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before they apply.

5. Your content and rights

What you upload remains yours. You only grant us the right to process it to provide the service. You may use the generated results, including commercially, as far as the law and the terms of the underlying AI providers allow.

You do not upload material you have no rights to, nor images or voices of people without their permission. You do not use the service for deceptive deepfakes, sexual content with real people, hate, violence or other unlawful content. On violation we may remove content and close your account.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to Rollem in the 12 months before the damage. This does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time under Settings. We may terminate your account for abuse or violation of these terms. Remaining credits lapse on termination for abuse.

8. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Questions? Email info@rollem.ai.
